Trying something new is both a challenge and a thrill when the something new is something that you admire so much of the works of others. (hope that makes sence) I have loved the Primitive cross stitching that I have seen for so long now always thinking that I surely could not do that .... it looks so hard and time consuming and you have to have the patients of Job to even try that.... Well I finally mustarded up the courage to just dive in. It is not quite as hard .... as a matter of fact it is absolutely the most fun I have had in a few weeks. ( I'm in a creative slump ). I have Wendy of Pineberry Lane to thank. She has inspired me and also encouraged me to attempt my first prim stitchery. I have everything I need so I'm starting my new venture. I know I'm going to love it..... (to be continued)......

Thanks Robin.... I just love it. I am obsessed now. I cant stop looking at all the cross stich designs and patterns, and lovely work that is out there. I have the piece done but now trying to figure out what I want to do with it ... either frame it or make a pin keep pillow. Im thinking a pillow.
